No reply from a rental company?
Rental companies usually reply within one to two working days. If you haven't heard anything, first check the following:
- Check your spam folder. The rental company's reply comes from their own email address and may end up there.
- Check your details. A typo in your email address or phone number is the most common reason a rental company cannot reach you.
- Request a second car. Popular dates go quickly, and by sending a request for another car you are more likely to get a reply sooner.
Still nothing after three working days? Let us know and tell us the car and the date of your request. We will contact the rental company.
