Request sent: what happens next?
Your request goes straight to the rental company that owns the car, with your name, contact details, date and wishes. Trouwautohurenonline.nl is the platform where rental companies showcase their cars; you make the agreement with the rental company itself.
What happens after you send it?
- You will see a confirmation on screen.
- The rental company receives your request by email and will contact you, usually within one to two working days.
- Together you agree the journey, the price and the terms. Only then is the car reserved.
A request is not a booking
A request is an enquiry about availability and price. You are not committed to anything until you make an agreement with the rental company.
