Invoices and payments
When does your invoice arrive?
On the 1st of the month you receive the invoice for the previous month, by email and in the portal under Invoices. On the Next invoice tab you can see what will appear on your upcoming invoice.
Paying
- You have 28 days to pay.
- With the payment button in the email or in the portal, you can pay by iDEAL or credit card. If several invoices are outstanding, you pay them all in one go.
- You can also transfer the amount yourself, just remember to include the invoice number.
- Prefer to pay automatically? Turn on automatic payment under Payment method. You confirm once with iDEAL, and after that every invoice is debited automatically.
Paid late?
You will receive a reminder on the due date and a second one two weeks later. If the invoice is still unpaid after that, your cars will be taken offline. As soon as you pay, they go back online straight away.
